• In the Bath or Foot Soak
  Empty the contents of the herb packet and a teaspoon of salt into a cup. Pour boiling water over the mixture and let it steep for about 15 minutes. Prepare warm water in your bath or foot basin. Remove the herb packet from the cup and pour the prepared infusion into the water. Enjoy your bath for at least 20 minutes or as long as you wish.

  Use one packet per session. Fill a sauna bucket with very hot water. Add the herb packet and let it steep for about 20 minutes. The infusion works best at a temperature of at least 75°C. Use the infusion in the sauna as you prefer.
