• Wash and dry your feet thoroughly. Remove the pads and place them on your heels, securing them as instructed. Attach the pads using the provided adhesive. Leave them on your feet for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the condition of your feet. After removing the pads, rinse your feet with warm water and dry them with a towel.

  Do not soak your feet in hot water before the procedure. Within 3-5 days after the procedure, the outer layer of skin will start to peel. During this period, do not remove the peeling skin manually, and avoid using pumice stones or foot files. The duration of the peeling process depends on the thickness of calluses before application.
