• Mix the cream toner with the developer balm in equal parts (2% for bleached or lightened hair, 6% for natural hair). Thoroughly blend the mixture and apply it to washed, slightly towel-dried hair. If using the mixture on bleached hair, you can add a small amount of Blondme conditioner. Distribute the mixture evenly through the hair. The coloring process takes 15-30 minutes; do not apply additional heat. Rinse the hair using a shampoo for all shades of blonde hair and follow up with Blondme Diamond Shine conditioner.
