Includes Folate as Methylfolate, Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate, and Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin. Methyl B Complex is a superior, comprehensive B-complex supplement. It provides folic acid as methylfolate (or 5-MTHF), which is the naturally occurring form of folic acid found in foods such as leafy green vegetables and is active and ready for the body to use. We have specifically chosen to use Quatrefolic®, the most advanced form of folic acid supplementation available, with optimal stability and bioavailability to ensure methylation. Vitamin B6 is present as pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P) , the active form of vitamin B6.
We include vitamin B-12 as methylcobalamin, a superior absorption form. Our Methyl B Complex also incorporates all the other B vitamins, plus inositol and choline. It is yeast-free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
